"If we had lost the sixth game, I would not have been able to stay," said Prosinečki.
"When you lose five games then you are under pressure - even if no one broke you, if you were better than some, but who asks you when you don't have points. I even put a lot of young people, especially in that last game, and it is noticeable that something is created, but when you lose and don't have points, then that's a problem".

After five defeats - two each against Iceland and Wales, and one against Turkey, Montenegro ended its performance in the B League of Nations with a 3:1 victory over Turkey in Nikšić, with a hat-trick from Nikola Krstović.
"We were in the strong B league and we had a lot of problems, but we really had them - I didn't emphasize it, nor did I complain, but we had a lot of injured, key players, who mean a lot to Montenegro. None of us broke, we lost 1:0 in Turkey, 1:0 in Wales, we lost 2:1 against Wales in Nikšić, but we were much better, we had 100 chances which we didn't win any points", pointed out Prosinečki, who took over Montenegro at the beginning of this year.
"The B league is very strong, especially Wales, who are very unburnt, especially when they play at home, and not to mention Turkey, who are certainly among the 10 or 15 national teams in Europe, and with their young potential, they have perhaps the best generation. I won't say that with that victory in Montenegrin football, everything is solved now, but for sure - to win Turkey in such a way, where the team gave their all, where the players fought until the end - that's a big result".

Prosinečki spoke about his next plans, about the draw for the World Cup qualifiers scheduled for Friday, which makes it clear that he will remain on the bench.
"It's not easy, Montenegro has 600 people. The infrastructure is still at the beginning, now everything is improving. If there was still no Federation, it would be a disaster. But it is improving, three players played from the domestic league, there is potential, we will continue to work It is normal that the most important players for us are those who play in serious clubs and who may be able to play for another year or two, not to mention Savić, Jovetić, Marušić... These are serious players who have made careers young players gain confidence with them, everything is different when you have Savić in the last line, when you have Jovetic in the middle. There is potential, we will see what the draw will bring us...", pointed out Prosinečki.
