The futsal national team of Montenegro will welcome Norway in the second round of group 18 of the main qualification round for the European Championship on Monday (4), in the hall of the "VOCO" hotel complex.
After losing to Hungary (5:0) in the first round, our team wants to show a reaction and score points.
"In the match with Norway, we definitely have to show much more than was the case in the duel with the Hungarians if we want a positive result. It is also certain that it will not be easy to get points. Even when we add to that that we have four injured players with of the original list, then it is clear that we will need a lot of effort and knowledge to look forward to after the match," said coach Sveto Ljesar.
Luka Vuletić is also aware of the importance of the match with Norway.
"Even though we have a bad start to the qualifiers, I am sure that we will be much better against Norway. We watched them, they are not at all naive, and they are physically impeccable. We simply have to do everything to beat them and start a positive streak," said the Slovakian player Lucenec.
Goalkeeper Milun Sekulić believes that quality is on the side of Montenegro.
"We have a very serious match ahead of us, where we have to put in maximum effort and knowledge in order to win. I'm sure we're better than Norway, however, a cool head, patient and consistent play will bring us what we want, said Sekulić.
