National team selectors, captains, as well as selected journalists have decided - Vinicius Junior is the best soccer player in the world in FIFA's selection.
The Brazilian master from Real celebrated in front of Ballon d'Or winner Rodrigo and Madrid teammate Jude Bellingham.
Vinny received the most votes from the captain (617 compared to 373 for Rodrigo), while selectors (461 - 438) and journalists (543 - 538) gave a slight advantage to Rodrigo.

When it comes to Montenegro, captain Stevan Jovetić gave the most points to Vinicius, then Bellingham, then Rodrigo. "Falcons" coach Robert Prosinečki also put Real's "seven" in first place, while he assigned the second and third positions to Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe.
Danilo Mitrović, sports editor in "Vijesti", voted in the following order - Rodri, Lamin Jamal, Vinisijus.
The former head coach of Montenegro, and the current head coach of Lebanon, Miodrag Radulović, also participated in the selection, for whom Vinicius also showed the most, while the next two places were occupied by Mbappe and Jamal.
Interestingly, for the captain and coach of Spain, neither Vinicius nor Rodri were the best, since both Alvaro Morata and Luis de la Fuente voted for Dani Carvajal - with them, Rodri was in second place, and Vinni was not among the top three.
