Ronaldo shares secrets to football longevity
"I know a lot about many things, one of them is training, recovery... I know I changed the way many players think about football. I had between 23 and 25 coaches in my career," CR7 explained, adding:
"Footballers often complain about the number of games, about injuries... I play more in Arabia than I do in Europe. Why haven't I been injured? There's a luck factor. But I also try to do everything I can to minimize the possibility of injury. In my case, it's special training and reducing their number. Stefano Pioli and Luis Castro (current and former Al Nasr coaches) understood that, they can't handle the same training rhythm as a 21-year-old," Ronaldo concluded.
