Buducnost made up for their mistake in the Montenegrin Cup, defeating Sutjeska (2:0) at home at the start of the second half of the MeridianBet First Montenegrin Football League, continuing their unbeaten streak against their big rival and maintaining a 12-point lead over Petrovac.
In the last 16 matches, including the Cup, Budućnost have beaten Sutjeska nine times, while seven matches have ended in a draw. The last victory for the team from Nikšić was in September 2021, when they celebrated a 1-0 victory at Bistrica.
The first line-up of Sutjeska included four players who arrived in Nikšić during the winter transfer window - Tošković, Kopitović, Desančić and Barket. And the first chance went to Nikola Janjić, who was the most threatening, but in the 12th minute he failed to find the net, so two minutes later a penalty was awarded - Gašević crossed from the left, and Ivanović jumped and headed the goal.

After the goal, Boljević had another chance, then Šimun threatened from a free kick, and then ten minutes before the end, Bašić was alone in the penalty area, so he took advantage of Kastanjeda's cross, turned it over and set the final score.
Footballers Dečić AdmiralBet and Arsenal played to a draw (0:0) in Tuzi. The current champion had the initiative, but both teams had one real chance - at the beginning of the second half, Kajević was stopped by Zogović, while Kovinić missed the opportunity for the Tivat team, who shot wide.
