A fantastic match at the Pierre Moreau Stadium in Lille ended in a victory for the visitors - Borussia Dortmund celebrated a comeback with a 2:1 win, so the European vice-champion will play Barcelona in the quarter-finals.
It all started great for the hosts, Jonathan David scored a lucky goal in the fifth minute, and after a 1-1 draw at Westfalen, the stands of the Lille stadium were "burning".
The ball went through the legs of two Dortmund players, as well as the stunned goalkeeper Gregor Kobel.
The guests then started to attack with force, their players made two saves from the goal line, but there were no goals until halftime.
In the ensuing cannonade, both teams charged with open guard, but Borussia had more experience, but also luck.
Emre Can was sure of the penalty in the 54th minute, but the guests took advantage of a slump in the home team's play midway through the second half and Maksimilijan Bayer scored a nice goal to take the lead.
And a victory, because the home team's offensive in the final minutes did not bear fruit, although David had a great chance, but the ball hit Kobel.
