Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has been named the Premier League's Player of the Month for February.
Salah won the Player of the Month award for the seventh time in his career, equaling the record of former Tottenham striker Harry Kane and former Manchester City player Sergio Aguero, according to the Premier League website.
This is the first time since the 2022/23 season that a player has won the Player of the Month award multiple times in a single season, as Salah was also named Player of the Month in November.
The Egyptian forward has scored six goals and provided four assists in six Premier League games for his team in the past month. With his goal and assist against Manchester City, Salah became the first player in Premier League history to score and assist in both games against the reigning champions.
Salah has scored 29 goals and provided 27 assists in 17 Premier League appearances this season, helping Liverpool top the table, 15 points ahead of second-placed Arsenal.
Everton boss David Moyes has been named Premier League Manager of the Month for February.
This is the 11th time in Moyes' career that he has won the Manager of the Month award, level with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola on the all-time list. Only Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger have won the award more times.
"For me, to come to the club and win the Coach of the Month award in my first month is more about the players' commitment, their attitude and the way they worked. The players have been brilliant," Moyes said, as reported by the Premier League website.
Everton are unbeaten in the Premier League in the past month with two wins and three draws, one of which came in the city derby against Liverpool.
Moyes has lost just one game since taking over Everton on January 11th, who are now 15th in the table, 16 points above Ipswich, who occupy the highest position in the relegation zone.
