Italy national football team coach Luciano Spalletti today announced the list of players he is counting on for the matches against Germany in the quarter-finals of the Nations League, the Italian Football Federation reported.
The list also includes two debutants, Meteo Ruggieri from Atalanta and Cesare Casadei from Turin.
The first match between Italy and Germany will be played on March 20th in Milan, with the return match three days later in Dortmund.
The winner of the Italy-Germany duel will host the final tournament of the Nations League in June. If it is Italy, it will be played in Turin, while if Germany advances, the hosts will be Munich and Stuttgart.
