Two goals against Lebanon on his debut in the jersey of the Montenegrin national football team, then a goal against Lithuania in the European Championship qualifiers, and then last night another goal - the most significant one so far.
Last night in Nikšić, in the 96th minute, in the 2nd round of World Cup qualifiers, Edvin Kuč scored against the Faroe Islands, and Montenegro celebrated 1:0 and ended the March cycle with the desired six points.
"I like to attack from the sidelines. I went for everything or nothing. One of the best moments in my career. The previous days were difficult for us - we were emotionally and physically exhausted. The pitch was difficult. From the first day, the coach and his associates said that there was no relaxation, that we would not easily win six points. Now the most important thing is that we all come to the next meeting healthy and in good shape," said Kuč after the match.
During his career with Kosovo's Balkani, Kuč had the opportunity to play with teams from the Faroe Islands, so he knew what to expect.
"I'm playing against teams from the Faroe Islands in the Balkans jersey and I knew it wouldn't be easy. Everyone plays football, there's no relaxing. They're a solid team, and we started the game better than against Gibraltar. We didn't let them have many breaks, we controlled the match. The coach said before the match that we had to be patient. Everything turned out well," said midfielder Nefčija.
