Aston Villa are the third semi-finalists in the FA Cup. The "Elves" easily and convincingly won at Deepdale against Preston, the only second division team in the quarter-finals of the oldest football competition in the world - 3:0.
Marcus Rashford scored on an assist from Luka Dinamo in the 58th minute, and in the 63rd minute, the former Manchester United striker was also accurate from the penalty spot.
A minute later, Montenegrin striker Milutin Osmajić entered the game, but Unai Emery's team was in too good a form to allow Preston to get back into the game.
Osmajić, like his other teammates, had no chance of threatening the best goalkeeper in the world, Argentine Emiliano Martinez.
The final score was set by Jacob Ramsey in the 71st minute, again on a pass from Dingo.
Preston suffered their first defeat at Deepdale after 15 games, while Aston Villa extended their winning streak to five.
