Mladost Donja Gorica's players are 10 points ahead of second-placed Rudar after today's victory over Iskra (1:0) in the opening match of the 28th round of the Second Montenegrin Football League.
Visiting the FSCG Training Camp, where Iskra was the nominal host, Mladost celebrated with a goal by reserve player Miloš Zečević in the 48th minute.
He entered the game at half-time and scored the decisive goal just two minutes later.
Mladost has 57 points, ten more than Rudar, 17 more than third-placed Lovćen, with the same number of games.
Nedeljko Vlahović's team is well on its way back to the elite.
The three remaining matches of the 28th round will be played on Saturday, and they will be: Ibar - Grbalj, Podgorica - Igalo and Kom - Rudar. The players from Lovćen are free.
