Two teams that had notable results in European qualifiers last summer took the first step towards the final under Gorica - Mornar even decisively, while Dečić also has a nice advantage.
In the first match of the Montenegrin Cup semi-finals, the team from Bar defeated second-placed Iskra away (3:0), and last year's champion was better than Petrovac pod Mali Brdo (1:0).
The hero of Mornar was Jan Michel Jao, and of Dečić, the experienced master Draško Božović.

Dečić and Petrovac met for the fourth time this season, and although the club from the Montenegrin coast is better placed in the championship, it still failed to score against the team from Tuzi.
The match winner for Dečić was once again Božović, who scored with a beautiful shot from the edge of the penalty area in the 49th minute. Nenad Brnović's team had been the better rival up until that point, but Zdravko Dragićević's men played better in the following match, trying to get a more favorable result, but they failed.
Certainly, nothing has been resolved yet in the semi-final derby and everything will be resolved in Tuzi.
That's why, it seems, everything is in the clash between Mornar and Iskra. The second division team from Danilovgrad created a sensation in the last round when they eliminated arguably the best team this season, Buducnost, but now they didn't have many chances.
Mornar took the lead with a beautiful goal by Demir Škrijelj in the 8th minute, only for an inspired Jan Michel Jao to settle the score.
The Ivorian winger first scored in the 61st minute after a great assist from Marko Đurišić, while two minutes later, after an attractive dribble, he found Nikola Vuković, who set up the final score.
Apart from Petrovac, none of the remaining three teams have ever won the cup in our larger competition before.
The results:
Petrovac - Dečić AdmiralBet 0:1
Božović 49.
Iskra - Sailor 0:3
Škrijelj 8, Kisi 61, Vuković 64.
