The "Santiago Bernabeu" has seen many miracles throughout history, especially in recent years, but tonight the football temple in Madrid could only "bow" to the royal class from North London.
Arsenal, through 180 minutes of football, taught the European champions a lesson, after a 3-0 win at the Emirates, they also shattered the "myths" about the miracles of "Berbabeu", celebrated once again (2-1) and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time since 2009.
Much more excitement was seen in Milan, where Inter "chose" the ideal moments to score goals, knew how to defend and ultimately eliminated Bayern Munich - 2:2, the first leg 2:1.
Arsenal will face Paris Saint-Germain in the grand final in Munich, while Inter completed the classic with Barcelona.
Arsenal haven't played important matches like they did today for a long time, but they weren't impressed by anything Real have done in recent years either - Mikel Arteta's men controlled the proceedings and didn't give up even when Bukayo Saka frivolously took a penalty in the 13th minute, and Thibaut Courtois saved it.
A well-placed defense made Real harmless, and Arsenal got their chance in the 65th minute when Saka converted a penalty kick after an assist from Mikel Merino.
The Gunners' only mistake came from the guy you least expect - William Saliba was careless, so Vinicius equalized just two minutes later.
That didn't deter Arsenal either, everything was the same until the end, and Gabriel Martinelli scored in the 93rd minute to make it 2:1, or 5:1 overall.
Bayern were trailing 0-1 from the first leg at the "Meaci", reaching the much-desired goal in the 52nd minute through Harry Keane, but Inter turned the tables after two corners in just three minutes - first Lautaro Martinez scored in the 58th, and then Benjamin Pavard in the 61st.
Bayern did not give up, the goal for 2:2 was scored by another Englishman - Eric Dier with a brilliant header in the 76th minute.
The Bavarians had plenty of dangerous chances until the end, but Inter wouldn't be an Italian team if they didn't know how to survive such situations.
The quarterfinals are over - the Allianz Arena and Munich are getting closer for Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Barcelona and Inter.
