Favored CEDIS and DMD Delta achieved victories in the first matches of the semi-finals of the Meridianbet Business League of Montenegro mini-football playoffs.
With a convincing victory over the Cosmetics team (8:2), CEDIS took a big step towards reaching the play-off final. After eliminating NLB Banka in the quarter-finals, achieving both victories, the leader of the league part of the championship continued with great games in the semi-finals. At half-time of the duel with Cosmetics, it was 3:0, and in ten minutes of the match CEDIS scored four more goals, so the scoreboard read, for the semi-finals, an unreal 7:0. Nemanja Stešević reduced the score in the 32nd minute to 1:7, and just a minute later Dejan Drobnjak put things back in place with his third goal. Andrej Radović scored another goal towards the end for the final 2:8, so the rematch will probably be just a formality.
The second semi-final duel was much more uncertain and exciting, in which DMD Delta won over Sincommerce with a minimal score (1:0). The decisive goal was scored by Ivan Tomašević, into his own net in the 32nd minute of the match. Despite the defeat, Sincommerce left a positive impression, so a great fight until the last minute should be expected in the second leg. Thus, the current champion - DMD Delta "squeezed through" once again, having secured a place in the semi-finals only after a better penalty shootout in the duel with Pošta CG.
