Buducnost gets a new president and Supervisory Board: Boško Kovačević at the helm of the seven-time champion

The seventh title was celebrated over the weekend, and Budućnost enters the next challenges with a new president and a new Supervisory Board.

Boško Kovačević, a former player of the "blue and whites", will now be at the helm of the largest Montenegrin football club.

As announced by Buducnost, Kovačević will also be the president of the new Supervisory Board, which, in addition to him, also consists of Danilo Šaranović, Vesna Brajović, Stevan Popović and Feđa Smatlik.

Bulatović was elected president at the constituent session of the Supervisory Board.

"Boško Kovačević was born in 1972 in Podgorica. He graduated from the Sports Academy in Belgrade, the Faculty of Sports Management and specialized at the Faculty of Sports Management. Until 2001, he was a professional football player, a former player of the Budućnost Football Club, he has been part of the club since 1980, that is, from his youngest football days, he was a member of the famous youth generation that won the Yugoslav Cup, and he played for several Montenegrin and regional clubs," Budućnost announced.

As they added, Kovačević has over 20 years of work experience, of which over 15 in the positions of executive director, sales director and other management positions in the private sector, i.e. domestic and regional companies.

The Capital City also made a statement regarding the changes at the Budućnost Football Club.

"Following the personnel changes at the helm of the Budućnost Swimming Water Polo Club, which we introduced to the public two days ago, personnel reforms have continued in the management structures of sports clubs owned by the Capital City," the Capital City announced.

Congratulations also arrived for the title, which was won in a dominant manner this season.

"With congratulations to the players, the head coach and his associates on the impressively won championship title in the year when we celebrate a great jubilee - 100 years of the club's existence - by electing the Supervisory Board and the club president, we are creating the conditions for establishing a functional club management, all with the aim of continuing success at the domestic level, but also preparing as best as possible for what we believe is a successful European summer."
