Rudar, who secured second place, celebrated against Igalo 3:2.
The Pljevlja team was led to victory by Vanja Vučićević in the 37th minute, Stefan Golubović in the 45th minute and Đorđe Magdelinić in the 75th minute.
Both goals were scored by Boris Žujević in the 85th and 86th minutes.
Podgorica won against Mladost 2:1 and avoided the play-off for survival.
They celebrated their victory with goals from Sava Gazivoda in the 51st minute and Miloš Vračar in the 73rd minute from a penalty kick.
The only goal for Mladost, which secured first place and the First League, was scored by Pavle Mugoša in the 58th minute.
There was no winner in the duel between Kom and Grbalj, who drew 1:1 at Zlatica.
Luka Mihaljević gave the home team the lead in the 48th minute.
The final score was set by Andrej Pima in the 69th minute.
