David Raja, Jamie Vardy i Eberèci Eze - they are the talk of the Island after a very exciting weekend in English football.
Eze earned his star status by bringing Crystal Palace a historic trophy, the FA Cup, with a victory over Manchester City at Wembley, while the other two marked the penultimate round of the Premier League.
The Arsenal goalkeeper worked wonders in the duel with Newcastle, helping the Gunners secure second place and avoid the big drama that awaits them this weekend in the fight for a place in the Champions League, while Vardy is a story in himself.
The legendary Leicester striker played his last game at the King Power on Sunday and made sure it was a truly special day - he scored his 200th goal in the Foxes' jersey, in his 500th game for the club with which he sensationally won the English Premier League title in 2016.
We present the players who marked the European football weekend:
THE GOALKEEPER
King (Arsenal) - in the first 20 minutes of the duel with Newcastle he saved everything that went towards the goal, four big chances, and in the rest he was practically a spectator. Arsenal did the job and removed the dilemmas about second place.
DEFENSE
Dumfries (Inter) - The Nerazzurri were close to taking pole position in the fight for the Scudetto, but the fact is that they are not the favorites going into the final round. The Dutchman scored in the 2-1 draw against Lazio - it wasn't enough...
Mancini (Roma) - he announced a victory for the "wolf" over Milan, although it may not be enough for fourth place and a place in the Champions League. Juventus is wondering.
Milenkovic (Nottingham Forest) - The popular Blackie had a phenomenal season, confirmed by scoring an away goal against West Ham.
THE MIDDLE
Gonzalez (Juventus) - The tension in the duel with Udinese lasted until the 61st minute and the goal by the former Fiorentina player. The "Old Lady" is close to the goal, with only one more away game against Venice left to confirm their position as number four.
Eze (Crystal Palace) - the absolute hero of Palace, the absolute best player in the FA Cup this season.
Oliseh (Bayern) - a great goal for the Bavarians - Oliseh has scored 12 goals and recorded 17 assists in the Bundesliga this season.
ATTACK
Vardy (Leicester) - what a career for a man who throughout it was anything but a ruthless professional. The numbers say it all - 200 goals in 500 games in the blue jersey.
Pedro (Lazio) - His entry was triggered by Lazio in a duel with Inter. Pedro scored two goals, for 1:1 and for 2:2, but there is every chance that the "sky blues" will remain outside the Top 4.
Perez (Villarreal) - The "yellow submarine" overcame the sleeping champion Barcelona and secured a place in next season's Champions League with one round to go.
Raba (Leganes) - There will be drama in the final round of La Liga, as Leganes, after their triumph over Las Palmas - thanks to a goal from Raba - came within a point of the survival zone.
