Before Real Madrid, he wore the jersey of Dinamo Zagreb and Tottenham.
"I will never forget every applause and every gesture of attention you have shown me. I leave full of pride, gratitude and indelible memories. Even though after the Club World Cup I will no longer wear this jersey on the pitch, I will always be a Madridista," concluded Modrić, the most decorated footballer in the history of the world's biggest club.
