Real Madrid Football Club today announced a 34-player squad for the upcoming Club World Cup, including Madrid's first two signings Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dean Heusen.
The Club World Championship takes place from June 14th to July 13th in the USA.
Former Liverpool defender, young Spanish stopper Heusen and returning Dani Carvajal were included in the list announced by new Real Madrid coach Xavi Alonso.
The list also includes the team's biggest stars Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham.
The team also includes players who are currently injured, including French internationals Aurelien Chouman, Eduardo Camavinga and Ferland Mendy, as well as Uruguayan Federico Valverde.
Real Madrid, who are coming off a season without winning a major trophy, begin their competition in the inaugural edition of the 32-team Club World Cup on June 18 against Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal.
That match will also be Xabi Alonso's debut appearance on the Real Madrid bench, after taking over the team from Carlo Ancelotti.
