Juventus management is close to an agreement with Manchester United to bring in footballer Jadon Sancho and is informally inquiring about a possible transfer of Marcus Rashford to Turin, Italian media reported today.
Sancho has been asking to leave Old Trafford and has reportedly been told not to come to the training ground due to a disagreement with manager Ruben Amorim. He spent last season on loan at Chelsea, making 31 appearances.
Italian media reported that Sancho would agree to a lower salary in order to move to Juventus.
Rashford spent the last half of the season playing for Aston Villa after being dropped by the United manager. He made 10 Premier League appearances for the Birmingham side, scoring two goals, but the Aston Villa board were reluctant to buy him from United.
His transfer is more complicated than Sancho's due to a more expensive contract and potentially higher salary.
As reported by the media, the player's demands and those of Manchester United could be a major obstacle for Juventus, but Sky Italia reported that informal talks about this began during Sancho's transfer negotiations.
