The new season of the Second Montenegrin Football League has begun, the main favorite to enter the elite has yet to be determined, but last year's First League participant immediately sent a strong message to its rivals.
Otrant-Olimpik already beat the newcomer to the second league club, Internacional, 1:7 in the first round.
