The fan group, Ultra Crna Gora, issued a statement following last night's World Cup qualifier between the national football teams of Montenegro and the Czech Republic.
After half an hour of play, the most loyal supporters of the Montenegrin national team suddenly left the upper ring of the north stand, and today an announcement was made.
We are publishing the statement of Ultra Montenegro published on its Facebook page in its entirety.
"Dear Montenegrin public - after last night's, another postcard to the leaders of the FSCG:
Communication between institutions – and Ultra and FSCG are such – must not be reduced to the level of a friendly and "come to you" relationship and an attitude of "what are they going to do now", "this can be done, this can't be done", but must be at the level of respect and appreciation – or there is no communication.
The time has passed when we demand something from you, and you pretend to fulfill it. Understand that you are here because of us, and not because providence has placed you in office – whether you are general secretaries or holders of whatever title, Momirs or universes, and whatever genius has brought you together.
Until you publicly apologize, start communicating properly, and make sure that every Montenegrin - from Herceg Novi and Kotor to Ulcinj, from Budva to Pljevlja, from Plav to Cetinje and Nikšić - feels respected and comfortable to come to the North and express their position - Ultra, as well as other solidarity groups, will not be on the platform.
So – either agreement, or emptiness and silence.
We won't waste words on how much the fan nucleus supported the work of the Association when all your current "friends" were weighing their support.
From today we begin the battle by all means to make this message the first thing you see in every qualifying round – at home and away. So good luck in both homes.
