Macedonian coach Dragan Kanatlarovski and Lovćen have extended their contract for another three years, it was announced from the Cetinje football club.
Kanatlarovski took over Lovćen in mid-September last year, after the resignation of Milorad Malovrazić, but failed to win survival in the Telekom First League.
It was announced that the goal is to secure a return to the first league club in the next season, then in the next one to stabilize, which would eventually result in a fight for placement on the European stage.
Kanatlarovski said that cooperation was extended to mutual satisfaction.
"I am glad that in the coming period I will be the coach of Lovcen - not the second division team, but the oldest Montenegrin sports team, the second oldest in the former Yugoslavia, a club that has a name. I hope that together with the club's president and the mayor, I will create a project that will have a long-term effect on the development of football in Cetinje," said Kanatlarovski.
He said that he will work on the promotion and affirmation of young players and improve work with younger categories.
"Cetinje is my second home, the citizens have accepted me well and that's what gives me the wind at my back. With joint efforts, we must bring Lovćen to where it truly deserves," Kanatlarovski concluded.
