Montenegrin national football team player, Stevan Jovetić, returned to the field after being absent for a while due to injury.
Jovetic was in the starting lineup for Omonia last night, playing for 58 minutes. Omonia defeated Krasava 2-1 away in the seventh round of the Cypriot championship.
Jovetić was injured in a World Cup qualifier against Croatia and was out for about a month. He missed five games in the Cypriot league, one in the Conference League, and was not part of the Montenegro national football team in the October series against the Faroe Islands and Liechtenstein.
The Montenegrin striker has scored five goals and provided three assists in seven games for Omonia this season in all competitions.
After seven rounds, Omonia is in second place in the domestic championship and has 16 points, two less than the leader Pafos.
