Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City also secured their place in the quarterfinals tonight.
Arsenal players defeated Brighton 2-0 at home in London, with goals from Ethan Nwaneri in the 58th minute and Bukayo Saka in the 76th minute.
Chelsea defeated Wolverhampton 4:3 on the away field.
The scorers for Chelsea were Andre Santos in the fifth minute, Tyreke George in the 15th, Estevao in the 41st and Jamie Gittens in the 89th minute.
Goals for Wolverhampton were scored by Toluvalese Arokodare in the 48th minute and David Wolfe in the 73rd minute and the first minute of stoppage time.
Manchester City players defeated Swansea 3-1 on the away field.
The scorers for City were Jeremy Docu in the 39th, Omar Marmoush in the 77th and Ryan Sherkey in the third minute of stoppage time.
The goal for Swansea was scored by Gonzalo Franco in the 12th minute.
