The Montenegrin women's national football team will play in the first group with Wales, the Czech Republic and Albania in their first appearance in the B League of Nations, as decided today by the draw in Nyon.
Switzerland, Northern Ireland, Turkey and Malta will play in Group B2, their rivals in Group B3 will be Portugal, Finland, Slovakia and Latvia, while Belgium, Scotland, Israel and Luxembourg have been drawn in Group B4.
The Montenegrin women's senior national team will compete for the first time in League B, the second-highest level in the UEFA Nations League, which is part of the qualification process for the world football tournament.
The winners of the B League groups will play in the next cycle in the A League, and the last-placed teams will move to the C League.
When it comes to World Cup qualifications, in the first round of the playoffs, the winners of the B League groups and the four fourth-placed teams from the A League groups will play the playoffs against the second- and third-placed teams from the B League.
The Nations League competition will start on March 3rd.
