That's Liverpool and that's the strength of Anfield - the English champions have struggled lately, suffering four consecutive defeats in the Premier League, and then first defeating Aston Villa at home, and tonight they recorded one of the sweeter victories.
The "Reds" are better than Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage for the second year in a row, and the "king" was once again defeated by Alexis McAllister (1:0), a guy who has been of interest to the Madrid giants for some time.
Twelve months ago he was one of the scorers in a 2-0 triumph, and now his header has settled the big derby. It was actually the goal Arne Slott's team deserved after (as usual against Liverpool) Thibaut Courtois worked wonders in the Real goal.
