The Montenegrin national football team welcomes Croatia in Podgorica tonight (8:45 PM) in the final round of World Cup qualifiers.
Our team has had a nightmare cycle behind them, Montenegro has only recorded three wins (two against Gibraltar and one over the Faroe Islands), while Croatia secured a place in the World Cup in the previous round, and so far has won six matches, with one draw, and has a goal difference of 23:2.
This match is also of great importance to Croatia, as a possible victory would preserve their chances of securing the first seed in the World Cup group draw.
And ahead of tonight's match, bookmakers are giving Montenegro slim odds. The odds for a Croatian win are 1.45, a draw is five, while the odds for a Montenegrin win are around seven.
Croatia won 4:0 in the first match, in September at "Maksimir".
