A perfect day for Andrija Bulatović - the Montenegrin talent was a starter for Lens for the first time, he played an excellent 90 minutes, and his team remained at the top of Ligue 1 after the new match.
The club from the north of France recorded another triumph on the road against Nantes (2:1), and the "falcon" midfielder is slowly becoming an increasingly important asset for Pierre Sage.
Bulatović played an excellent match, and he also initiated the action with the decisive goal for another three points for Lens, having several good attempts and passes.
The famous "L'Equipe" best described the kind of match he played.
"Bulatović was given the chance to replace the suspended Adrien Tomasón and gave a very interesting performance, for his first start in Ligue 1. Praised during pre-season by Saže and after recording several promising performances from the bench, the 18-year-old Montenegrin international quickly left his mark," writes "L'Equipe".
The same newspaper adds that the young Kolašinac posed a constant threat.
"Especially from the break, and he showed great energy in winning back possession and making sure passes, forming a complementary partnership with Mamadou Sangare, who was as convincing as ever."
The "red and gold" led after a brilliant goal by Florian Thovan in the 34th minute, Nantes equalized through Youssef El Arabi just four minutes later, after which the leader patiently waited for the opportunity to win.
And, it arrived nine minutes before the end - Bulatović "opened" for Mathieu Udol in the middle, the Frenchman made a great pass, and Wesley Said scored for a great triumph.
Lens is at the top, European champion Paris Saint-Germain is still looking down on the club from the north.
