Real Madrid footballer Eder Militao has injured a muscle and will be out for a long time, the famous club announced.
The Brazilian defender suffered a rupture of the biceps femoris muscle in his left leg in the match against Celta on Sunday (0:2), with involvement of the proximal tendon, and well-known insider Fabricio Romano reported that he will be out of action for up to four months.
Militao (27) had problems with his anterior cruciate ligament last season, so he played only 31 games in the "Blancos" jersey.
He was on the field 16 times in this one.
