Dembele "The Best" - all Montenegrins in the jury voted differently

Ousmane Dembele won his second major individual award today, after the biggest - the Ballon d'Or "France Football", he won Fifa's - The Best.

The jury for the prestigious FIFA award was made up of national team coaches, captains, as well as selected journalists from each FIFA member country.

Montenegro had four representatives on the jury, because our coach - Miodrag Radulović, is the coach of the Lebanese national team.

What is particularly interesting is that all jury members from Montenegro voted differently.

Coach Mirko Vučinić ranked Kylian Mbappe first on the list, ranked Dembele second, and placed Harry Kane in third place.

The captain of our national team, Stevan Jovetić, voted in this order: Lamin Jamal, Kylian Mbappe, Usman Dembele.

ND Vijesti sports editor Danilo Mitrović gave the maximum number of points to Harry Kane, ranked Dembele in second place, most deserving of PSG's European title, and Cole Palmer in third place, most deserving of Chelsea's world title.

And finally, Miodrag Radulović gave the only maximum number of points to the winner: Dembele, and he also voted for Mbappe and Jamal.

So, four Montenegrins, four different "bests": Dembele, Mbappe, Jamal and Kane.

Proof of how diverse and subjective a category top-flight football is - a matter of class, but also taste...

How did other celebrities vote?

Argentina captain Lionel Messi voted in this order: Dembele, Mbappe, Jamal, and interestingly, Bernardo Silva voted ahead of the Portuguese player, not Cristiano Ronaldo. Silva's order is: Vitinha, Nuno Mendes, Dembele.

Croatia coach Zlatko Dalić opted for Dembele, Salah and Pedri, respectively, and the captain of the "fiery" Luka Modrić for Vitinja, Dembele and Jamal, also respectively.

For BiH coach Sergej Barbarez, Kane was the best, followed by Dembele and Mbappe, and for captain Edin Dzeko, Dembele, followed by Jamal and Salah.

The votes of Serbia coach Veljko Paunović are Mbappe - Pedi - Nuno Mendes, and captain Aleksandar Mitrović Dembele - Mbappe - Vitinja.
