Although he has a firm contract with Almeria, a member of the Spanish La Liga 2, Montenegrin international Marko Perović is on the market.
The media is writing that he could leave the Andalusian club now - either on loan or in a first-time transfer.
Italian journalist Lorenzo Lepore, whose focus is mostly on players from the Balkans, announced that clubs from the Balkans are also interested in the 19-year-old winger, who has already made four appearances for the A national team.
"The Montenegrin talent has attracted concrete interest from Spain and Croatia, with several big clubs closely monitoring his situation. There is also early interest from MLS and Belgium," Lepore stated.
Perović, a former player for Buducnost and Jezera, a cadet, youth and youth national team player, and now a senior national team player, joined Spanish side Almeria in the summer of 2024, a team that is fighting to enter La Liga.
Initially expected to be on the second team, he immediately fought his way to a spot on the bench and appearances in the strongest team.
Last season he played six games, and this season he has played five games in La Liga 2, and he also scored one goal in the King's Cup.
