Arsenal's players face a fight for survival in the MeridianBet First League in the remainder of the season, and they are entering the fight stronger than the current striker Petrovac.
The Tivat team announced on social media that Neđeljko Kovinić, who spent the first part of the 2025/26 season in the jersey of the club from the "Mitar-Mićo Goliš" stadium, is returning to the club. He played nine games for Petrovac and scored one goal.
In his first stint with the Tivat team, Kovinić scored five goals in 19 matches, including two in the relegation play-off when Arsenal played against Lovćen.
Arsenal are eighth in the 1. CFL table with 20 points and are in the play-off zone. They are five points behind Buducnost, who are above the line, and five ahead of last-placed Jedinstvo France.
"A second term for Kovinić at our club. Welcome and good luck," Arsenal announced.
MeridianBet The First Football League continues on February 21st, and Arsenal awaits a visit to Mornar, who are in second place, four points behind leaders Sutjeska.
