FK Budućnost president Boris Spalević addressed the fans of the Podgorica club who have been pasting posters with derogatory content on the streets in recent days against members of the club's board of directors.
In addition to Spalević, the fans' "target" includes board members Ninoslav Kaluđerović, Mileta Šćepanović, Feđa Smatlik and Nikola Marković, executive director Predrag Kažić and the new director of the youth school, the previous sports director Gavrilo Petrović.
In a statement submitted to "Vijesti", Spalević also pointed out that the representative of the NGO Varvari, who is a member of the club's board, participated in putting up posters with derogatory names and pictures of board members.
"As the president of the club and the Board of Directors, I am addressing the public and the true fans of FK Buducnost, those for whom the club is sacred, not a means for personal interests. Putting up derogatory posters, insulting the management and sabotaging the club while simultaneously taking hundreds of thousands of euros - that is not rebellion. That is hypocrisy. That is a deception of sincere fans and all those who love the club. That is work against Buducnost, because true fans support their club, true fans do not bring UEFA and other penalties to the club, true fans do not ruin the reputation of Buducnost, but rather help it in the stands," Spalević emphasized.
"During yesterday's session of the Board of Directors of FK Budućnost, we learned a shocking fact from the representative of the NGO "Varvari" Emin Isić, who is also a member of the Board of Directors of FK Budućnost, that he and a small group from the NGO Varvari are behind the pasting of posters with derogatory names and pictures of members of the Club's Board. So - a board member admits to participating in attacks on his own club, a board member is leading a campaign against the club he sits in and receives compensation from the Board of Directors while participating in the demolition of FK Budućnost.
Even more scandalous are the facts that the public and all fans need to know, that the NGO Varvari, the few of them who managed the money, received financial funds as aid and support 34 times from the budget of FK Budućnost alone, according to records from analytical cards, as follows:
- 2020 3.000 euros;
- 2021 13.400;
- in 2022 52.500;
- 2023 52.500,
- in 2024 61.998,35;
- in 2025 49.244,60.
In total, FK Budućnost paid out 232.642,95 euros in aid and donations to the NGO Varvara, to persons who had money in this NGO, for a period of five years.
And what did FK Budućnost get in return? What did those loyal Varvara fans, who come rain, shine, and wind to cheer for their team, get? They are banned from attending matches and cheering for the club, and in return the club receives fines and damages for inappropriate cheering and behavior, as follows:

- in 2024, the damage caused to the club and the fines paid to the FSCG amount to 127.015 euros;
- in 2024, the damage caused to the club and the fines paid to UEFA amount to 27.750;
TOTAL in 2024, the damage caused to the club and fines amounted to 154.715 euros.
Adding:
- in 2025, the damage caused to the club and the fines paid to the FSCG amount to 56.380 euros;
- in 2025, the damage caused to the club and the fines paid to UEFA amount to 27.750.
TOTAL in 2025, the damage caused to the club and fines amounted to 84.130 euros.
This amount would have been much higher if we had taken out the previous three years. But this is also a sufficient indicator, for those who did not know this. Anyone who loves the club knows and sees that this no longer has anything to do with cheering, with emotion towards the club. This is pure interest of individuals, not real fans, an attempt at blackmail, destabilization of the club, threats and direct damage to their own club by a few people, those who think they are above Buducnost and definitely by those who see their own personal interest.
The new management from August 2025 did not accept to continue with this growth trend and method of financing for the NGO Varvari, it stopped it, but it was offered to the representatives of the fans to find a clearly defined model of support, to have support through bonuses in the titles and cups won, to make everything transparent, but the representatives of the NGO Varvari did not want that.
When you realized that money cannot be obtained in the way you are used to, you try to influence decisions and the public with pressure, to chant "Administration out" from day one, to put up posters these days, because apparently transparent work does not suit individuals from the NGO Varvara, led by Emin Isić, who represented them on the Board of Directors of the FKB, and who is now also in the role of organizer of the posters.
Who cares about a strong and healthy Buducnost, you will find out in many other announcements that the public will have the opportunity to get to know, so that citizens and real fans can understand, who were the previous directors and presidents of the club who had an interest in FK Buducnost, and this management will continue to work for the benefit of the club with an outstretched hand towards the real Barbarians and fans who want the club to do well.
