Jašović, Rakčević and Vujović signed their first professional contracts: We made our first dream come true

Young football players of Budućnost, Petar Jašović, Matija Rakčević and Petar Vujović signed their first professional contracts with the Podgorica team.

Jašović, Rakčević and Vujović signed their allegiance and completed the paperwork before leaving for preparations in Spain, and then made themselves available to the coaching staff led by Miodrag Grof Božović.

"They are inseparable during the preparations in La Calle de Mijas, together with their peers Lazar Popović (who already has a professional contract) and Simon Sošić (they are waiting for him to turn 16 to sign a contract) they form a five-man team that is promising, but also a five-man team for whom preparations with the first team are a pleasure and enjoyment," said Buducnost.

Despite the fact that as the youngest, they "have to" be helpful with everything that's needed...

"Training is demanding, but we are working well and with a great atmosphere and camaraderie, we are finding it easier to bear it," Jašović, Rakčević and Vujović said practically in unison.

Winger Jašović represents the 2008 birth year, midfielder Rakčević is a year younger and just celebrated his 17th birthday on Monday – the day of the signing – while playmaker Vujović is also 2009, but has not yet turned 17...

"I am grateful to Buducnost for the professional contract, it is a great honor for me to have signed for the biggest club in Montenegro at the age of 17. I will do my best to live up to the club's expectations and to be better on the field day by day. I have fulfilled the dream of every boy from Podgorica, because Buducnost represents much more than a club to me - it is a symbol of our city and a special emotion," said Jašović, who agreed on a three-year cooperation (2+1)...

They came together five years ago in the junior categories of the "blues", played together in the Youth Champions League, practically entered the first team together - Jašović made his debut in the preparations for Grof, and Rakčević can boast that he had a nice playing time in the finish of the autumn part of the season...

"A professional contract for me is an honor and an obligation, because signing for the biggest club in the country is a big deal. And Buducnost is really a big deal for me, I feel fantastic because I fulfilled my first dream. Thank you to the club for the trust, but thank you very much to all the coaches who believed in me, as well as to my teammates who advised me and made me better," said Rakčević, who signed a three-year contract (2+1).

Buducnost said that the young football players who are in training, as well as all those who remained in Podgorica, whom sports director Nenad Maslovar spoke about, are the future of the club and the rejuvenation in the coming period will be based on them - Vujović, who made his debut this fall, is definitely one of the chosen ones, Buducnost explained.

"It's a special feeling to realize my first dream. I'm aware that I'm at the beginning of my professional journey, and a professional contract and working with the first team gives me additional motivation to get better every day - on and off the field," says Vujović, who signed a two-and-a-half-year contract, adding:

"I learn every day and I believe that I am only at the beginning of my journey at Buducnost, because it is a club where I can develop as a player and professional and to which I am attached. I am grateful to the club and the coaching staff for their trust and I am ready to justify it with work, discipline and dedication."

Buducnost will play a friendly match tomorrow (14) at the Marbella Sports Center against Philadelphia, which competes in the MLS league.
