The last time Atletico scored five goals away from home against a first division team in the Spanish Cup was back in 1996, when they won 5:3 against Valencia at Mestalla.
This is Betis' second-heaviest defeat in the history of domestic Cup matches, and the heaviest in 66 years. The record is held by Barcelona, which won 6-0 in Seville in 1959.
