Inter are planning to extend the contract of head coach Cristian Chivu. According to "Corriere dello Sport", the Romanian coach's contract, which runs until 2027, will be extended for another year at the end of the season.
"Nerazuri" plan to increase the coach's salary, which currently amounts to around 2,5 million euros per year.
The exact amount of the increase has not yet been determined and will depend on results this season - winning the Scudetto - the Serie A championship title, could play a key role.
Kivu's work was highly praised by the club's management and owners.
