Arsenal are losing ground again this year when it matters most - the Premier League leader has failed again, this time against the last-placed team.
Mikel Arteta's players drew 2-2 away against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the 31st round of the Premier League.
All of this means that Manchester United, with a win over Newcastle this weekend, can only move to minus two.
Bukayo Saka gave Arsenal the lead with a goal in the fifth minute, and Piero Incapaci extended the lead with a goal in the 56th minute.
Ugo Bueno scored in the 61st minute, and Wolverhampton equalized with an own goal by visiting team defender Riccardo Calafiori in the 94th minute after a shot by Tom Edosi.
Arsenal are first in the table with 58 points, five more and a game in hand than second-placed Manchester City, while Wolverhampton occupy last, 20th place with 10 points.
Both clubs will play their next Premier League match away from home in London, Arsenal against city rivals Tottenham, and Wolverhampton against Crystal Palace.
