Božović: It's as if I never left, I know there aren't many audiences in Montenegro, I hope we can attract them

Miodrag Božović Grof returned to the bench of Budućnost after 20 years.

His appearance at the start gave the derby near Gorica an even higher level - even greater significance, even though, for various reasons, there were too few fans in the stands.

In the end, Buducnost won against Sutjeska 2:1.

When asked to describe the difference compared to what he went through before, Božović replied:

"The terrain is phenomenal, and I didn't really feel anything else. It's like I never left. Once you come back, it's like you never went."

And the fans...

"I didn't expect anything, because the matches in the Montenegrin championship are poorly attended. If we continue to win and play well, I believe that the audience will return to the stadium."

A well-deserved 2:1 victory for Buducnost, in a performance that was only interesting at moments, in the second half...

"As expected, a very difficult game. We had one situation at 2:0 to decide the match, and then we conceded a goal and were afraid for the result until the end. In any case, I think we deserved to win. We had periods of good play, we had more chances than Sutjeska, they had one hundred percent chance through Čavor where Domazaetović made an excellent save," added Božović.

"The most important thing at the moment is three points, primarily because of self-confidence and getting out of the results crisis of four consecutive defeats. I think we are now psychologically much more relieved."

Five new players in the starting lineup, but the match was decided by the old-timers - Ivan Bojović and Ivan Bulatović.

"The two of them are some of the fastest players in the league. With Nikolić, who can play a very high-quality pass, they can be extremely dangerous. The players who were brought in can certainly do much better. Nikolić, Hajdin and Nešković, with Nešković getting injured, we had to replace him and that disrupted us a bit."

"We're not at our peak yet, we beat a good opponent and, most importantly, we showed that we can do a little more than in the first part of the season."
