New away game on the coast - the "blue and white", after the defeat in Bar, will play against Bokelj in Kotor, a match of the 26th round of the domestic championship under Vrmac tomorrow at 14 pm.
The future in Kotor wants a victory and connection to the euro zone, while the "Bokaje" want to get out of the negative streak of four losses in order to avoid last place in the table.
The "Blue and White" celebrated in September against Vrmac with a score of 2:0, but the end of a bad autumn came with a defeat against Gorica - 1:0.
"The match in Kotor will be demanding in every sense," says midfielder Danilo Vukanić, who in September last year launched the team to victory with a goal at the beginning of the second half...
"First of all, on a psychological level, because we need a win to continue the fight for Europe. Then, there are no easy games in our league anymore, every match is a story in itself and positions in the table are not important. We know that Bokelj is not in a good rhythm, but we took it very seriously. Last time, I may have jumped out in Kotor, but that is the least important thing, because the three points are the most important for us. We need to achieve victory through joint efforts."
There is respect, but the blue and whites want to make up for their poor performance in the duel with Mornar.
"As I said, there is no easy opponent in our league. Bokelj did start the spring poorly, but in general every team varies in terms of form – it is difficult to find a rhythm. Bokelj has quality, they know what they are doing, but the results are not following them at the moment. That is why we have to be ready and careful, we need to be organized, focused on defense and aggressive in attack. I believe we have the capacity for that," the young Montenegrin international is clear.
And right after the match in Kotor, the international break will follow...
"We want a win, it would mean a lot to us before the break, as well as to keep up with Europe. That way, in the rest of the season, we would have the opportunity to move closer to the top in direct duels with our rivals. We are aware of what kind of club we play for and what is expected of us," said Danilo Vukanić.
