Chelsea captain Enzo Fernandes did something that no one at the club wants to forgive him for.
During the international break, he said on a podcast that he would like to continue his career at Real Madrid, and the "blues" responded with a suspension.
So the Argentine will miss Chelsea's next two games.
"I have enormous respect for Enzo as a person and a player. He is frustrated because he wants us to be successful. And as for the decision, it's not all about me or the sporting directors, the ownership, the players - we are all in agreement on the decision. The door is not closed to him. It is a sanction. You have to protect the culture and in that sense the line has been crossed," said Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior.
The young expert did not mention the reason for the suspension in a single word, but no one has any doubt that Enco was removed precisely because of the topic of Real Madrid.
Tabloids point out that some of Enzo's teammates also participated in this decision.
