It's all over in the Bundesliga: Bayern are champions

Bayern Munich players won their 35th Bundesliga title tonight, after defeating Stuttgart 4-2 at home, four rounds before the end of the competition.

Bayern needed just one point to defend their title, as their closest rival Borussia Dortmund lost 2-1 to Hoffenheim on Saturday. The Munich team has 25 wins in the league and is 15 points ahead of Dortmund, four goals from the end.

Stuttgart took the lead in the 21st minute with a goal from Chris Fury, and Bayern responded with goals scored in six minutes.

Rafael Guerreiro equalized in the 31st minute, Nicholas Jackson put the team ahead in the 33rd minute, and Alfonso Davis scored the third goal in the 37th minute.

The fourth goal was scored by Harry Kane in the 52nd minute, and the final score was set by Cema Andres in the 89th minute.

Bayern won their 13th title in the last 14 years, and this season they have the opportunity to win two more trophies.

The Munich team plays in the semi-finals against Bayer Leverkusen in the Cup, as well as in the semi-finals of the Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain.

Bayern goalkeeper Manuel Neuer equaled the record of the legendary Thomas Muller with 13 titles won.

After 30 rounds, Bayern is first with 79 points, while second-placed Dortmund has 64 points.

Stuttgart is fourth in the standings with 56 points, three behind third-placed Leipzig and two ahead of fifth-placed Hoffenheim.
