Dečić and Mornar met in the Cup final last year, and after the first semi-final matches of this season, they are close to a rematch.
Wednesday will decide which two teams will fight for the cup of the larger competition, and before the second leg, the teams from Tuzi and Bar have a minimal advantage - against Otranto and Jezera, respectively.
Dečić didn't shine in Ulcinj, but he brought a nice 2:1 from the Montenegrin coast, while the hot-tempered Mornar travels to Berane with a 1:0 win.
So, a repeat of the 2025 final, or a sensation - one or two.
Barani, however, are not so confident, but before the away game against Jezero they draw confidence not only from the minimal advantage, but even more from the incredible series of 10 consecutive victories.
- A big, very important game for us. We have the advantage, but we have to be ready for anything. There are no unknowns, we have played against Jezera many times. We will need the maximum for the final, in every sense - says the Baran captain Andrija Kaluđerović.
Jezera coach Miodrag Džudović started the first match with a combined team, with the main trump cards coming into play only in the second half. His team has an active result heading into the second leg and is expected to go full throttle from the start.
- We have to be smart, focused and patient. Mornar has an advantage that is not unattainable and we believe in a turnaround - says the Jezera first team player Mario Đoljaj.
Dečić is a bit more comfortable waiting for Otranto, because in addition to the goal advantage, they also have the home field advantage. However, Tuzi are cautious.
- It's like 0:0. Only with that attitude can we achieve a favorable result. Otranto's team is made up of experienced players and it won't be easy. I invite the fans to come and support us, their support means a lot to us - said Petar Sekulović, midfielder for Dečić.
The people of Ulcinj, at least on paper, have the most difficult task. However...
- We have won five games, returned to the top of the Second League and that gives us confidence. We want to make it to the finals, we believe in it, even though it will be difficult - says Lazar Lambulić, the scorer of four goals for Otranto this season.
Last year, Dečić defeated Mornar in the final with a goal Asmir Kajević and for the first time in history reached the Cup trophy.
The other semi-finalists have not won this competition so far, with Mornar and Jezero reaching the final once - two years ago when they were defeated by Buducnost.
The match Jezero - Mornar starts at 4:30 PM, and the duel between Dečić and Otranto starts at 6:30 PM.
