Locked in the Canaries: L'Equipe included Andrija Bulatović in the ideal team of the round of Ligue 1

Confirmation that he introduced his talent to one of the strongest leagues in Europe in his first season, but in football maturity, came from the famous "L'Equipe".

The most famous sports newspaper in France has selected Andrija Bulatović in the ideal team of the 33rd round of Ligue 1.

The Montenegrin midfielder registered an assist against Nantes in his Lens' victory (1:0), which secured the club from the "Bolears" a place with the undisputed European champions Paris Saint-Germain, but more importantly, the return of the Champions League to the north of the country.

"Andrija Bulatović has 'locked' the Canaries' midfield. Physically dominant, precise in carrying the ball and long diagonals, the Montenegrin is raising his form as the season draws to a close," explained "L'Equipe" for the decision to include the 19-year-old from Kolašin in the ideal team.

Bulatović played 17 matches in his first season in Ligue 1 and registered two assists, while in the Coupe de France he scored twice in three matches. His attitude spoke much more than the numbers every time he was on the pitch.

There is one more round left until the end of the season, but also two matches for Lens - postponed with Paris Saint-Germain and Lyon for the end. Much more important than them - the "red-yellows" are waiting for May 22nd and Saint-Denis, where they will play Nice in the Cup final at the "Stade de France".

Lens is certainly the favorite against a team that is in the relegation zone of League 1 heading into the final 90 minutes, and the cup at the start of his career outside of Montenegro would have been a fairytale end to the season for Bulatović.
