The head coach of the national football team, Zlatko Dalić, announced today the preliminary list of players for the upcoming World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
On Dalić's list are:
Goalkeepers: Dominik Livaković (Dinamo), Dominik Kotarski (Copenhagen), Ivor Pandur (Hull City);
Defense: Joško Guardiola (Manchester City), Duje Ćaleta-Car (Real Sociedad), Josip Šutalo (Ajax), Josip Stanišić (Bayern), Marin Pongračić (Fiorentina), Martin Erlić (Mitjiland), Luka Vušković (HSV);
Midfielders: Luka Modric (Milan), Mateo Kovacic (Manchester City), Mario Pasalic (Atalanta), Nikola Vlasic (Torino), Luka Sucic (Real Sociedad), Martin Baturina (Como), Kristijan Jakic (Augsburg), Petar Sucic (Inter), Nikola Moro (Bologna), Toni Fruk (Rijeka);
Attackers: Ivan Perišić (PSV), Andrej Kramarić (Hoffenheim), Ante Budimir (Osasuna), Marko Pasalić (Orlando City), Petar Musa (Dallas), Igor Matanović (Freiburg).

Croatia will gather on May 25th and prepare in Rijeka, where they will play a friendly match against Belgium on June 2nd. The team will play Slovenia in Varaždin on June 7th, and two days later they will travel to Washington.
The Croatian national football team will play in the group against England, Panama and Ghana at the World Cup, which runs from June 11 to July 19.
