Ten golden years, the best in Manchester City's history, will most likely be part of history from Sunday.
According to English media, Pep Guardiola will leave the club he joined in 2016 after the match against Aston Villa in the final round.
"City are preparing for Pep Guardiola's departure. Our sources expect the coaching legend to leave the Ittihad at the end of the season," the BBC reported.
The club from east Manchester claim that Guardiola has a contract for next season and they hope he will stay.
"However, the club is already preparing for life after his expected departure, and even the leading people know that such an epilogue is certain," the BBC added.
Enzo Maresca, the former Chelsea manager who worked under Guardiola at City, is the leading candidate to succeed the 55-year-old genius from Spain.
Guardiola led the club to 20 trophies during his decade at City - including six Premier League titles, one Champions League, three FA Cups and five EFL Cups.
