The FSCG Coach Education Center announced that Dženan Radončić successfully defended his thesis and earned the title of coach with the highest, UEFA Pro diploma.
Radončić completed an internship at Partizan and defended his graduation thesis on the topic "Analysis of work, management, organization, and professional work in the first team and youth department of FK Partizan".
He defended his thesis before a committee consisting of: Dr. Niko Raičković, Dragoje Leković, Džemal Kaplanbegu, Srđan Kljajević and Milija Savović.
He did his practical work with the senior team of Otranto from Ulcinj on the club's field.
Radončić took the exam in two parts, practical and theoretical. The practical part consisted of organizing corrective training in match analysis or scouting a future opponent, while the theoretical part was a presentation of a seven-day internship at the club.
