Dečić is building a new team, immediately after the end of the 2025/2026 season and the defeat in the Montenegrin Cup final against Mornar (0:1).

The Tuzans immediately changed their coaching staff, so Ivan Brnović will lead Dečić in the European qualifiers, after three years of success, sports director Fatos Bećiraj resigned.

Immediately after the appointment of Brnović, assistants Darko Marković, Muhamed Lekić and goalkeeper coach Vedad Dešević, reinforcements arrived: Aldin Adžović returns to his position, Mario Đoljaj, young national team player Halil Kajošević and Romario Camaj were also signed.
