Fair Play Trophy: Dečić most disciplined, Buducnost at the bottom of the list

This season, Dečić's players achieved their European qualification by respecting fair play more than any other team in our championship.

The club from Tuzi is the new winner of the "FairPlay 360" trophy for the 2025/26 season, an award that the "CG fudbal" portal awards to the most disciplined Meridianbet 1. CFL team as part of the campaign of the same name, which it implements with the support of the Football Association of Montenegro.

The guys from "Besa Arena" finished the season with only 55 negative points, the fewest of all the first league teams, ahead of Jezera, which collected 57, and Bokelj, with 72 negative points.

Interestingly, at the bottom of the list is our biggest club, Budućnost, the only one to exceed 100 negative points, so perhaps that also reflects the kind of season the Podgorica team had.

The scoring includes disciplinary measures imposed on clubs, players and coaching staffs during the season, as well as fan behavior.

"It is particularly encouraging that the results of the FairPlay 360 campaign are visible after only the second year of its implementation. Last year's winner, Jezero, won the trophy with 74 negative points, while Dečić further lowered the limit to 55 this season," FSCG announced.

Progress is also visible at the league level. The total sum of negative points for all ten clubs last season was 931, while this year it has been reduced to 816, which represents a drop of as many as 115 negative points.

"Such data confirms that Montenegrin football is achieving what is the main goal of the campaign - fewer disciplinary violations, more respect for opponents and referees, and a healthier sports environment on fields across the country," the FSCG added.

The FairPlay 360 trophy will be presented to representatives of Dečić ahead of the start of the next competitive season as a symbol of fair play, discipline and sporting values ​​that the campaign promotes.
