Patrik Schick - the rumored striker

Patrik Schick, a 21-year-old forward from Prague, is a player who is being talked about.

Last year, the member of Italian Sampdoria was also well known by the Montenegrin football public, when under Gorica he finished all the work in just 15 minutes in the match of the youth national team, scoring two and setting up one goal for the triumph of his selection 3:0.

And just two months before the September duel in Podgorica, Šik moved from Sparta Prague to Sampdoria and already in his first season at "Marasi" he showed what kind of talent he is.

In 27 games in Serie A, he has already scored 10 goals and, together with Colombian Muriel, is the team's top scorer.

That he is not an "ordinary" goalscorer, he showed last weekend, when against Crotone, in the match of the 33rd round of Serie A, he scored a goal in the style of Denis Bergkamp - with a fantastic feint, even though his back was turned, he "swallowed" the opposing defender and scored network.

His price on the market is increasing day by day - as "Gazeta delo sport" writes, Sampdoria will hasten to sign a new contract with Patrik Schick, in order to "protect" itself from the interest of numerous Italian and European clubs.

The clause for Schiko's freedom in the new contract should amount to 25 million euros.

Juventus, Napoli and Inter have long expressed their desire to bring the Czech sensation, and the latest to join the interest is Inter's city rival, Milan.

Sampdoria will hardly be able to keep him for a long period, but at least they could make money, because they brought him from Sparta for only 3,5 million euros.
